New squid auth scheme

The goal of this project is to create a new squid auth scheme (NOT a helper for an existing scheme, but a new scheme). (Squid is a HTTP proxy written in C++, source code is available as it's GPL). The new scheme will use a different HTTP header and if not present will redirect to a specific login page. You can use the official schemes as base (possibly Basic makes the most sense). Complete details will be provided to the winning bid.
