57288 Easy software project

I would like for you to create a piece of software out of the source codes that I have found for a public domain data (no copyrights). There is a working version of the software that you can download and install so that you can see how it works and it will make everything a lot clearer for you to understand. [login to view URL] Just read down the page and you will see the links to the documentatiuon and the source codes. Here is what I want... I would like the USDA Icon removed from all title bars of the software interface. You should Rename the software to "Food Facts Database" which will be in the tile bar of the software interface instead of the current "USDA HealthTecah SR Search" in the main interface window and "Food Nutrient Report" should be all that is displayed in the tiotle bar of the pop up window that contains the data. Also notice the two help Icons in each window of the interface these buttons should also be in my new version of the sofware that you are creating. I would like for this software to be usable on any desktop PC running windows 95, 98 ,ME 2000 and XP. The In the final version the Help Menue should contain an about button that will pop up the following info.
