I have a C library consisting of two files. It reads a source video file (3gp or mpeg) frame by frame using FFMPEG and rewrites it to a different video file. It has currently three issues:
- the settings used for the video output are not correct and product heavy artefacts in the output video. You will have to tweak the settings on order to get a good quality output
- the framerate in the output video is not always correct. you will have to make sure the framerate in the output video is the same as the one in the source video (and that the videos have the same duration) again by tweaking the FFMPEG parameters
- the output video has no sound. You will have to add some code to copy the sound track from the original video file to the output one.
Someone with a practical knowledge of FFMPEG should find these very easy to do. I cannot do it myself as I have no real knowledge of the libraries. Please do not bid on this project unless you have already worked with FFMPEG.
Please do not hesitate to ask questions. To start the work i will provide you with two C files containing the classes and explanations on how they work.
We have sucessful developed a MobileTV Platform, that is using on a big telco (Viettel). We have a lot of experience in transcoding(4 years experience, based on FFMPEG) and streaming video. Let me help you.
