I can do this for you using an environment like Unity3D, which I am certified in prior to studying coursera in Coursera, watching Unity Confence videos and studying game design patterns myself. If you would prefer a different environment like Unreal Engine or Godot Engine, that would also be quite possible as I have experience both working with C++, C# and even Python. If I understand correctly, it's a point and click type of game which needs engineering that can take into account different scenes, a proper object management architecture (involving patterns I may describe further), as well as a proper user/player flow.
