Hi, I hope you are doing fine. About me, I am a professional software developer with 4 years experience in developing software for small and medium size businesses. I currently run a small startup that specializes in developing software, websites and mobile applications. I read through your project description very well and I am interested in doing this project, I am very familiar with operating system functionalities and modules. I also possess the skills to simulate some of these functionalities. I did a similar unit in campus and the knowledge gained from it really helped me a lot. Locks (mutex,semaphores etc), schedulers, memory managements and disk are techniques that I have used once in a while in making applications. I clearly understand their functionalities and how to apply them. With the knowledge gained from using these techniques I believe that I can be of good use in this project. I can't say the approach I will use in this project because I don't have enough information about the project. Please provide more information so that I can come up with a way of answering the questions or writing code based on the question or problem to be solved. The project cost will remain $40 but it will vary according to project complexity and size. The time span will be decided once I get all the questions.
