Looking for someone who is able to write us our custom remote support tool which allows us to remotely control our internal computers. Something similar to [login to view URL] (only the remote support tool part). No need for file transfer or chat. I need an executable that will be able to run without installing on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2012. This executable should work both on 32bit and 64bit platforms. The executable should allow only predefined users from an Active Directory group to remote control other computers. Ideally on users from this AD group should have the "Remote Control" option. Admins will have to enter the IP address of the computer they want to remote control. Any other user running this tool should only see a GUI window showing the IP address of his computer and stating the computer is waiting for remote control session. User waiting for remote control should be given a notification before remote control session is started, and an option to deny the remote control connection. Thanks and good luck to all.

Greetings, I have more than 15 years of programming experience in various client/server areas, I presume you want something special (beside active directory user check) that is not included in avaliable software such as teamviewer or VNC. Note that this isn't an easy task, I myself have some previous experience in that area (some very basic remote control app), depending on features and software quality this may be a higher budget project.
