POST A LINK TO THE JIRA AND HARVEST API DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE THAT YOU HAVE REVIEWED THE REQUIREMENTS. This will require the harvest and JIRA apis to be used. The flow of this would be to check all *notes* for each time entry, if the notes entry contains text that links to a jira ticket # (ticket format is XXXX-####), then to store the sum of all time into the jira 'time spent' field.. To try to walk you through all of it, the time entry could have a notes field like ' AFE Vue Conversion (F0AMPIT-145), Dev Meeting'. The JIRA ticket would need to be parsed out, in this case it's F0AMPIT-145. You would need to find all notes entries that have that field, sum all time spent (the hours field in harvest). And populate the jira field of 'time spent' for that specific ticket, with the sum of all time spent. We may also want to limit the timeframe of searching, because searching ALL time can take a while.
