clock time with dual outputs

I want a clock with a 4 digit LCD which normally displays the time. When button 'A' is depressed the LCD displays time 1 and when button 'B' is pushed it displays time 2. The 'clock', 'time 1' and 'time 2' hours and minutes are advanced by 2 shared buttons .Then the clock advances normally and when time 1 is reached output 1 outputs 12V for 5-30 seconds depending on a potentiometer it also turns on an LED which stays on until time 2 is reached. When time 2 is reached it not only turns off the LED but outputs 12V for 5-30 seconds depending on a potentiometer. No external programming. I do have a drawing I can upload
