OSX Application to Demonstrate Simulation Proof of Concept

Write an App that will run on MAC OS X using Objective C and Xcode. The app will provide a web service via POST and GET transactions and HTTP. The purpose of the app will be to run a simple simulation. We will provide an example of the simulation coded in Excel that should be readily translated. There should be a simple visualization of the sim onscreen. There will be a realtime element to the simulation, so that it updates every second or so. The web transactions, which we will define together, will advance the state of the simulation, and report various statuses. The selected bidder will receive a short 2 page project specification and the Excel simulation example. An NDA will be required. This project may lead to additional assignments based on timely completion and successful work. This is a pilot project for a bigger project that may be funded in the future.
