I'm a nonprofit executive based on the east coast looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented personal assistant to help me with personal tasks and projects. I am open to both virtual or in-person support. The ideal person will have exceptional research skills and be able to find information on a wide range of topics, from travel and leisure to new and interesting facts. I am a "maximizer" who values thorough research and seeks the best options with the best data available. I am also a curious person who loves learning new things.
If you're a quick learner, a problem solver, and have a strong attention to detail, then I would love to hear from you. Initially, I estimate these tasks to require approximately 10-15 hours per month, which may increase as we work together and determine if we're a right match. - Place online grocery orders for home delivery
- Set up a home meal kit delivery service and select meals
- Compile monthly lists of local hotspots to try, including restaurants and events
- Compile news articles of personal and professional interest
- Create special occasion calendars and curate gift options
- Maintain a thank you list and gifts to send to colleagues
- Plan standing monthly outings with friends and family
- Ensure privacy and security when conducting research on sensitive or confidential topics
