compensation: Commensurate with experience employment type: contract job title: Personal/Executive Assistant I'm a nonprofit executive based on the east coast looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented personal assistant to help me with personal tasks and projects. I am open to both virtual or in-person support. The ideal person will have exceptional research skills and be able to find information on a wide range of topics, from travel and leisure to new and interesting facts. I am a "maximizer" who values thorough research and seeks the best options with the best data available. I am also a curious person who loves learning new things. If you're a quick learner, a problem solver, and have a strong attention to detail, then I would love to hear from you. Initially, I estimate these tasks to require approximately 10-15 hours per month, which may increase as we work together and determine if we're a right match. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough research on a variety of topics of interest and present findings in a clear and concise manner - Compare options for travel, leisure activities, and personal projects - Conduct preliminary research on potential business ideas - Create "best-of" lists for items to purchase - Research, source, and hire service professionals for home upkeep and repairs - Place online grocery orders for home delivery - Set up a home meal kit delivery service and select meals - Compile monthly lists of local hotspots to try, including restaurants and events - Compile news articles of personal and professional interest - Create special occasion calendars and curate gift options - Maintain a thank you list and gifts to send to colleagues - Plan standing monthly outings with friends and family - Ensure privacy and security when conducting research on sensitive or confidential topics Requirements: - Excellent research skills, including the ability to uncover information not easily accessible - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently with minimal oversight - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Please reply with the following information in lieu of a resume: CONTACT Name: [removed by admin]: Website (preference given to applicants with a website and publicly available pricing packages): And answer the following questions: GENERAL 1.
