We are a media organisation who operate a seasonal based website and online community. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to coordinate our social media presence in the lead up to Christmas. You will play an essential role in our team, being responsible for community engagement and driving visitors to our website. Starting Mid-November, this role offers flexible working hours; a minimum of three hours per day, five days per week – some weekend work required. An opportunity for extra work is available for strong performers. This role would be ideal for a university student looking to gain valuable experience and make extra income over the Christmas holiday period. The Role: - Manage our social presence on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and other platforms. - Research, gather and create engaging content for our website and social media pages - Monitor and engage with related social media communities - Review, post and approve content submitted to our website Skills & Experience: - Excellent use and knowledge of Social Media - The ability to write engaging content - Be able to work autonomously to execute our social media strategy. - Strong written communication skills - Photoshop and Digital Marketing knowledge is advantageous but not essential. * Please note that you must be located within Australia.
