I am a realtor and need a couple page marketing letter for "For Sale By Owners". I want to offer them a free appraisal of their home (I am also an appraiser) with the condition that if they choose to go with an realtor they will use me, etc. I also want to include in the letter some of the things I do to market their home if they were to choose me. But it mostly needs to be about giving them something for free and entice them to get the appraisal. Is that something you can do? How much would that cost? Thank you
