The fastest way to sell your courses/products quickly is by doing a joint venture with someone that already has a well known name in Internet Marketing. Just about any of these guys will help you launch your products as long as they thing your product is good and worth the money AND you are giving them a good affiliate commission.
You can also rent/buy fresh email lists of opted in subscribers looking for information within your niche--this is way less effective than partnering with a JV or building your own list but I have seen some success with it.
You can also offer your products thru several large affiliate sites
Lastly you should put all of your books on the Kindle store. This is very easy to do and once one of your courses sells a few copies amazon actually promotes your products for you by featuring them and by adding them under suggested products etc.

I would want something for my time up front but not much, like i said i am willing to take less up front for more when the sales come in and hopefully it would continue for a long time.
Your landing pages look ok but honestly to start to develop your online "image" as a guru in your niche you need to do some things to gain trust and credibility--this sets you up as the GURU in your niche and that is when people listen/read and buy what you are selling.
1. GIVE AWAY SOMETHING of value - give some FREE advice or information that someone can actually use and improve their situation. Maybe if your course has 12 books, maybe you give away the first book for free. If they like it and want to finish the entire course then they can purchase. Or if a course/ebook has 100 pages maybe you allow them to download and read the first 25 pages free then purchase to have the entire book after they go through the first 25 pages.
2. Build a huge list of subscribers (by giving away good value in return as i mentioned before). Also there are other ways to build a big list quickly - have a contest and offer people incentives to subscribe or share with their friends and subscribe them. You could allow people to get a substantial discount on their purchase if they can refer 1 or 2 friends to your site(s)--lots of ways to do things like this.
3. Start sending out a bi-weekly newsletter to these people. once a week is too often and once a month is too little. Make sure when you send something out it is something of REAL VALUE and not something you have done before and not stuff that everyone already knows--something new and fresh that is interesting enough for people to want to read it.
4. start making some videos to promote yourself and your courses--show case studies, results, testimonials etc.
5. Get recognized by some national publication or news media as the "expert" in your niche or for one of your courses. Then use that on your website, if you can get 2-3 of these type of citations people automatically assume you have credibility even if they have never heard of you before. Along with this if you have some small niches you can write amazon kindle books, get 20-25 people to buy it and now you are an amazon "best seller" which further solidifies your image.
Lastly, WEBINARS!!! once you have your list you have a webinar and invite everyone on your list. Once again the webinar needs to be something that will grab attention etc. It might be real people that have used your courses and become very successful with it. They could share what they have done and how your course has helpe them advance their business. You can do some interviews and also maybe you could bring on a well know guest GURU to talk and pump your products. This works well because people get excited on these if you do it right and show them something of value. Then at the end you say "this entire course is available at a special discount only through this webinar at X price" then you give them the private link and say something like I am only selling X number of copies as i do not want everyone to have this information and saturate the market. So whatever that number is? you tell them you are only selling 100 or 50 or whatever the number is.
