Curry recipe book

I'm looking for a person who can produce a small curry recipe book . This should have just twenty recipes , but they should all be very easy to produce in less than 30 minutes. The recipes should be at a level that people with little to no cooking experience should be able to make If you have the experience to produce each dish this would be an advantage as I would need good quality photographs of each dish to include in the book The book is aimed at the UK market so at least one dish has to be chicken tika masala as this is the most poular dish here It is our intention to use this first book as a free give away to attract subscribers to an authentic curry club , so there will be a regular feed of work producing more books on a regular basis. So I'm looking for a writer, who is interested in the subject and able to provide regular work to an agreed time table
