SEO - Website Promotion Wanted

SEO - Web Site Promotion Specialist wanted to promote my site on an ongoing basis. My goal is to realize 5,000 – 10,000 unique web site visitors a day. You should already know 15 – 20 web promotion strategies. I need you to work 20 - 25 hours a month on the project. The project may last for 6 months, but may continue for 12-36 months depending on your results. Please let me know how much you will charge per hour assuming you are working 20 – 25 hours a month also provide me with your experience and a list of strategies you will implement. I am looking for someone or a team who is already experienced in SEO/Web Promotion. No black hat methods. No directory or search engine submissions. You will be paid every 2 weeks through PayPal.
