Ghost Writing a Technical Manual

I am looking for a technical writer who can assist me with writing a technical software manual. I am looking for someone who can write clearly and without lots of technical jargon. I will assist you in gathering information on the subject, but you may need to find a subject matter expert to assist you with writing the manual and understanding the material. When placing your bid, please bid assuming a minimum 100 page ebook with 250 words per page (~25,000 words) and consultation with a subject matter expert. Please upload samples of your technical writing, your experience with the English language, per page pricing, location, and availability.
