NDI to SDI Video converter software using SDKs (NO GUI)

I have developed video applications using the blackmagic SDK for video output as well as applications that use the NDI SDK. I have worked on realtime raw video pixel format conversions as well as frame rate conversions. I am also a long time Vmix user, and use NDI with vmix on a regular basis.
