We have an existing Cs-Cart 2.x design that was migrated to a new CS-Cart 4.x theme, but is was "mobile friendly" but not responsive. We've obtained a 4.x responsive theme and need design copied to that. So we have the design we want already in CS-Cart 4.x format, but need that copied to another 4.x theme. We are looking at creating any new template files, but mainly layout and CSS tweaks.
