Minimum of 3+ years with rails and expereince with scss templates and responisve with Jquery is needed. 4 issues to be fixed . 1st task to add blog_comments to blog page 2nd new page creation,add page and link from menu. should be responsive Looking for long term .You have install it locally and work. Should have git account and should be able to pull/push code to repo ,payment will be released upon testing and code review only.
