We are looking for a conference staff assistant to work as an extension of our team on the day of the event. The right candidate will be a strong communicator who is detail-oriented and comfortable interacting with high-level C-suite executives and policymakers. Tasks will include:
onsite set-up & tear down;
assisting with registration;
attendee management;
handling Q&A after panels, and
other miscellaneous tasks.
