Fiverr Account Manager (SEO)

This will be an extremely fast-paced environment where you will be fielding hundreds of requests and orders per month for a Top Rated Fiverr Seller. Experience in SEO (off-page SEO specifically) and account/project management is preferred, but training is provided. It will start out as part-time, but is likely to lead to full time, so please only apply if you will be able to commit more time to this in the future. Availability during work hours is also important, and someone from the European timezone is preferred. This is a long term opportunity for the right candidate. Fiverr Account Manager responsibilities Processing and delivering orders (300+ orders a month) Responding to Fiverr instant message requests answering questions and providing information about SEO services Keeping in touch with the teams responsible for fulfilling orders Checking and organizing customer reports before delivery Understanding the customer’s business goals and matching them to the right service Explaining the benefits of using our SEO services and how we approach SEO from a short-term and a long-term perspective Helping to develop new internal systems for managing the entire sales cycle Having excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others is essential Preferred Qualifications and Experience for Fiverr Account Manager Experience in customer support SEO experience Ability to quickly assess a website’s SEO profile Knowledge of all types of technical off-page SEO Knowledge of [login to view URL] and other SEO tools – be able to audit a site quickly.
