Hi, I have a website which has a helpdesk and a forum thread selling our product.I am looking for a team which can do provide
1.) Daily checking (on fixed agreed time) and replying on our ticket on our helpdesk and forum thread (about half an hour per day). Please quote as 1 months basic and will extend to ongoing basic if you proof that you can handle the job.
2.) Provide online chat for certain occasion (we have new launching occasionally). Please quote this as hourly rate seperately in your reply
