Create Company Formats Using MS EXCEL & VBA

Our company, Trip Designers, needs a freelancer who is well versed in excel especially in terms of implementing formulas, VBA scripts, macros and importing data between multiple sheets. We'll be giving you the precise instructions for this. The total number of workbooks you'll be required to create/edit will be around 15. Job Description: There are various workbooks we use in our company to manage all our data. We need to implement some other functionalities and linking among different workbooks so we save up time for our data entry and processing. The system is described in short over here: Workbook 1: All Query Sheet - Any incoming query for a travel booking, whether confirmed or not gets entered here. There should be button to process the query. Workbook 2: Query Processing sheet - If a query is worked upon, in terms of getting the prices etc. a copy of this sheet is used. In this sheet, we want to first import the data from the All Query Sheet. Then the person selects checkboxes based on the clients requirement, and the sheets for those particulars become visible, in which our team will do their working. Then, using this, the'll render the itinerary to be emailed to the client as well as the invoice for billing purposes. Workbook 3: All Sale Sheet - For all queries that materialize, in terms of generating income for the company are entered here with their details. The sheet also helps in sorting the clients based on the client code (a unique code assigned to each client.) Upon running a macro we'd want separate sheets of each client to be generated, which will allow us to see the total bookings by each client till now. Workbook 4: All Package Sheet - An index with all the details and package codes for all packages developed by our team. A link to their individual package information should be also added. Workbook 5: Package Details - An individual sheet for all the details of a particular package which allows our team to edit as well as enter all the details and information for a package Workbook 6: All Hotels Sheet - an indexing for all hotels ties-up with the company, as well as links to the individual Hotel Details. Workbook 7: Hotel Details - an individual sheet for each hotel, giving all the info associated with them. Workbook 8: All Vendors Sheet Workbook 9: Vendor Details Workbook 10: All Activity Sheet Workbook 11: Activity Details Workbook 12: All Transfer Sheet Workbook 13: Transfer Details Workbook 14: Employee Attendance & Salary Records Workbook 15: All Client Sheets All of these workbooks will contains multiple sheets and will linked among each other to import/export data. Plus, there will be a few points where a PDF of a particular sheet will have to be generated. We'll be giving you the structure of the sheets already made, as well as, the complete field details we'd want, along with the complete flow diagram and detailed information on how the sheets would function, as well as the formatting aspects. Required Skills: - You must be an expert with MS Excel and VBA and Macros. - Must be professional with good work quality. - Must meet the project deadlines on time. - Must have an eye for detail and should be perfectionist in everything you do.
