Get counts of US HH telephone numbers by County

I need a count of all the US HH telephone numbers for each US county. I know one source I consider acceptable, although I am willing to accept others if you can describe them and give me some sample data to compare with the source I know. The source I am familiar with is www.infousa.com. If you use that site, you would click on "Find Consumers", then "I will be calling", then select "Include Federal Do not Call Numbers". Then click "continue". Next use County for the geography and use the drop-down menu to pick each state in the US, starting with Alabama, and then each county, one at a time. You will also have to remove the previous county so your count is for only the one county. Then click on "update count". You will get a new count and enter the name of the state, county and the count in a spreadsheet. When you are done, you will have over 3,000 (should be about 3,140 total listings) counts for the total US. So, for Allen, LA, you should have 3,159 and for Acadia, LA 9,007. So basically you are writing 3000+ numbers in a spreadsheet. To avoid typing the county names and states, you can use the attached spreadsheet, but you should delete the population data and just use the columns with county name and state. Also, you may find that some "counties" in the spreadsheet have no data for them in the infoUSA website. That''s fine, but I will check for accuracy. To bid on this job you must agree to these conditions: 1) I don't release milestones until I see the data. Don't ask me to release the milestone, you will just annoy me. 2) I will check the data. If there are more than 5% errors, I will deduct 10% from your pay. If there are more than 10% errors I will deduct 20% and if there are more than 15% errors I will reject the data. 3) If you commit to a timeframe, I expect you to keep it. If you are more than 2 days late, I will deduct 10% from your pay and 10% for every additional day you are late. 4) You should check the infoUSA website and do a few counts to verify that you can do this project. This is a very simple - if tedious - job, so there's no excuse for not getting it done.
