UPDATED: I have read your updates. The website itself should have a time interval that it's checking, so we'd probably want to match that. It's literally impossible any other way. It's a limitation of the technology. You don't want to make too many requests to the server or you may be blocked from the website, so you have to be a bit careful. I realize it's important in the economy to have as immediate of updates as possible. The historical headlines should be no issue, and probably does not add much complexity to the project if it works as I suspect. It's difficult to know without viewing the webpage and exploring it a bit.
