My name is Carmen and I am bilingual, Native spanish and i speak English ever since I was around 6 years old i am confident in my knowledge I have over 5 years of call center experience, I have worked for: infrastructure department for citibank 1+ years, Bank of America's electronic fraud and claims department 2+ years and a half and most recently Carlson Wagonlit Travel 2+ years (travel agency) over as a bussiness travel counselor within that time I have managed emails, calls and meetings, i am a fast learner as each work had different tools and processes (also different levels of formality and etiquette).
