data entry, type up 183 pages

Hi, This job needs to be done very quickly but perfectly. I have about 183 pages of scanned typewritten notes. Unfortunately my readiris cannot recognise the font so i need these typed up I need someone who is fast at reading MEDICAL ENGLISH to type these up in WORD format exactly as they appear in scanned format word for word letter for letter. These notes are integrated with pictures, so where there are diagrams just type the word DIAGRAM in boldened. Don't worry about positional or text box formatting, just type as if you were typing into notepad, but make sure you keep titles and boldenings and please also synchronise the pages, so that i can compare your work to the orginal document at the end. So page 15 in the original document, must be page 15 in your document word for word. some pages may also read in landscape. I have attached 2 sample pages. please IGNORE ALL HANDWRITTEN NOTES ON THE SIDES. the document has 226 pages in total, but i have a list of pages for you to skip out which are 43 pages so in total is 183 pages need this done asap and i need it done perfectly please. your bid will be considered favourably if you can submit a typed up mockup of the attached samples.. thanks for looking.
