I NEED SOMEONE LIVING IN RUSSIA, FLUENT IN RUSSIAN AND WORKING RUSSIA HOURS, TO CALL ON SUPPLIERS / REFINERIES TO SOURCE FUEL FOR ME AND MY BUYERS. THIS JOB WILL REQUIRE A MATURE PERSON, FLUENT IN RUSSIAN WITH TELEPHONE SKILLS TO CALL EVERY SUPPLIER FROM MY LIST AND OBTAIN AND UPDATE EXCEL SPREADSHEET WITH SUPPLIER DETAILS. THE GOAL WILL BE TO GET THE FUEL OFFERS FOR CONTRACTS TO BUY FUEL. THE JOB WILL INVOLVE PROFESSIONALISM ON THE PHONE, FOLLOW UP WORK ON PHONE AND EMAIL AND PERSISTENT PHONE CALLS TO THE REFINERIES UNTIL WE TALK TO THE RIGHT PERSON AND GET THEN REQUIRED INFORMATION.
