Fairly simple. I have an excel workbook with one locked sheet that has formulas i need. I need you to take the formulas from the locked sheet and move those to the newly formatted sheet. I also need you to create analysis items: A break-even analysis analysis (the vacancy rate where break even is achieved). 15 year mortgage numbers 30 year mortgage numbers
