Although currently we do mostly translation work, I have done tons of audio transcriptions of video conferences in the past: in English, Dutch and French.
I quoted $50 for a "as is" direct transcription, i.e. spell-checked and grammatically correct. However, most speakers do make errors: broken or incomplete sentences, repetitions of partial sentences, euh's and other stopwords, etc.
If you want the transcription to be 'copy edited' for such errors and a consistency check for the content, an additional fee of $15 is expected.
I suppose the audio is in English. As you seem to be from the USA, we'll use US English in spelling, unless you indicate to require British English.
