Formatting Products on Ecommerce Website

We have around 250 products that have been imported by csv file into our stores shopping cart. We are looking for someone to edit the layout of the text. Basically when importing the text goes in as one long paragraph. We need this broken up into multiple lines to clearly show the products information such as (weight, size, color, etc.). All the text is already loaded into the store, all you have to do is edit it based on the guidelines we provide. Example: (Without Editing): Balance is a state of equilibrium or equal distribution.
