Dialup scheduler and number randomizer

Hi there, I'm looking for a simple piece of software to do the following. I use dialup on my windows machines to post ads to the states. I use juno internet to do this. We are constantly connecting to different numbers, posting, then disconnecting, redialing a different number, posting and disconnecting. The software we use to post with (ezadposter) can be scheduled via the scheduled tasks and can be totally automated. However we still have to have someone connecting to [login to view URL], selecting a different access number, then dialing. So, we need a script to dial up random access numbers to a schedule, disconnect after a pre set time, then redial another random number. If this can be triggered by the scheduled tasks to dial up then triggered to disconnect by the posting software then this would be prefect. If you already have this then even better! Thanks
