Drupal Views Task

Hi, I want to get list of all taxonomy terms which are child of a specific term. I want to list these terms alphabetically and there should be a index at the top of the page which is anchored to the relevant alphabet on the page. I have just given the example how it should work. As you can see that there is index at the top when you click on index alphabet then it should link to the same alphabet list on the page. I want to get it done through Views for Drupal 6 A | B | C | D | ....... | Z A A1 A2 A3 .... B B1 B2 B3 B4 ... C C1 C2 C3 C4 .....
