Design & create a newsletter

I need to have someone take the information that I have written for a newsletter and place this information into a newsletter design/format that is both visually appealing and professional looking. I have attached a document that has most, but not all, of the information that I need for you to place into a newsletter design and format. I need the final newsletter document to be delivered to me in a print-ready PDF document that is also of a small enough memory size that I can email the document to customers. You can also provide the final newsletter to me in two files: 1. for print (larger memory size) 2. for emailing to customers (small memory size)
