3D design for Pump adapter

Hey I've looked at the photo and it looks pretty simple, i can have the model done in an hour or two, i would just maybe require more photos and measurements of the adapter and holes from you I can deliver the final CAD file in any format you may require, i have Solidworks and Catia, and i can do the technical drawings of the adapter in any standard you may use. Everyone is over bidding this. Its an adapter plate... 5 minutes in auto cad. I will need your help with getting dimensions. No sense in shipping the piece. If you provide me with the weight of the pump, I can do some stress calculations to size the thickness of the adapter... alternatively, I can just oversize the hell out of it. Will deliver blueprints for the final adapter. Also, you need more pictures... desperately. The single picture does a poor job of illustrating the problem. I am a mechanical engineer and work for a major equipment manufacturer in the united states. This is what I do.

I design 3D objects to exact precision, meaning, I need to know the diameter of the hole you're fitting in, the outer diameter of the pump nozzle and inner, what materiel the pump is made of so to count in the expansion for temperature variations, does it need to be threaded or not. This will be done in CATIA. Also if if it will be made for a CNC machine or 3D printer, here tolerances are really meaningful. Please, note: I need to know the tolerances involved, the exact fitting design is different for DURAL, PTFE(teflon) or any other material, they all have their expansion and shrinkage coefficients. PLEASE, in METRIC, NOT imperial!
