The role of the operator is to answer messages from our users. Please be aware that this is not a chat site, and messages are not live, we could say it's a messaging system, similar to sending emails. Messaging can be done at any time of the day. It’s up to you to choose the time that you work. It is essential to express yourself correctly when writing, not using any regional expressions and to use the English language as neutrally as possible. We would prefer that you are a British native. It is very important to be imaginative in order to have multiple conversations with multiple users so the conversations are not repetitive. As an adult contact site, sexual topics appear frequently and you will need to be unphased by this as you will have to deal with these types of conversations easily in a way that is natural and authentic. The message exchange is completely anonymous and it is made through an online platform and then sent to the site. However, all messages are reviewed and validated by our staff before being sent to the user. When applying please check the files, there is a test of 10 messages to be completed, please don't apply if you aren't interested in going through this stage. Operators are paid by the MESSAGE, not the HOUR. The operator needs to be fluent in UK English, have a VPN installed on their computer that can set the location to the UK if they don't live in the UK and have Grammarly installed on their web browser (it's free). Earnings for each answered message a week As a text chat operator, you will be paid per message. The more messages you reply to a week, the more earnings you generate. Please find the rates per message below: 0 - 499 messages | 0.035 euro cent 500 - 999 messages | 0.045 euro cent 1000 - 1699 messages | 0.05 euro cent 1700 messages | 0.06 euro cent *The rate can be adjusted according to the operator's content. If the operator often makes grammatical errors that are worse than native vernacular English then the rate can be reduced. You will be paid weekly.
