Create a smart contract on the ETH blockchain, including Flashloans from DxDy.exchange, and deposits on vaults and pools on Yearn and Balancer

I need to create a smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain, that includes flash loans from [login to view URL], and deposits on vaults and pools on Yearn and Balancer. I am looking for a developer that has successfully created a this type of contracts in the past. Additionally create the contract and deploy it on a ETH mainnet fork on HardHat using Ganache, so it can be run without paying gas, also include tests and console logs so you can see whats happening step by step, and the instructions to run it successfully on the fork and the real mainnet. The objective is to generate profit. Ideally I want to build a long term working relationship so that we can build additional contracts. Also I need help deploy it successfully.
