Competitive Advertising Content Library Creation

Scope of Work: The freelancer will be responsible for: Collecting advertising content: * Identify and gather text posts, images, videos, stories, reels, and any other formats used by major digital platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freshbooks, Zoho Invoice) to market their invoicing solutions. * Focus on content from official channels like websites, social media profiles, YouTube channels, and blog posts. * Utilize social listening tools, industry resources, and advanced techniques like competitor analysis and web archiving to uncover a diverse range of content. Organizing and categorizing content: * Label content with relevant keywords, platforms, target audiences, and campaign types for easy retrieval and analysis. * Develop a system for categorizing and structuring the library (e.g., by platform, format, target audience, campaign objectives). Maintaining and updating the library: * Actively monitor for new content and campaigns to keep the library current and relevant. * Update the library on a regular basis (e.g., weekly or monthly) with new findings. Expected Deliverables: * A comprehensive library of invoicing advertising content, accessible through a shared cloud storage platform or similar solution. * Metadata for each content item, including platform, format, target audience, campaign type, and date collected. * A report summarizing the methodology used for content collection, including utilized tools and resources. * Ongoing updates to the library with newly discovered content.
