I have significant experience in administration for over 12 years. Over the course of my career, I have worked at several different companies, including Hilton and Conrad, where I held the role of Supervisor for 5 years. My job is as a controller and the main responsibility is to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the services provided and I am also in charge of managing schedules, taking care of correspondence, coordinating meetings, managing data, and so on.
I also have experience in using various administration software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), calendar management, and database software. Additionally, I have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and I can work well in a team or independently.
I always strive to increase efficiency in my administrative tasks by looking for ways to automate routine tasks and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes. I am also very thorough in my work and have good organizational skills, which allows me to keep documents and information well maintained and easily accessible.
