Excel program to create two pie charts

On a monthly basis, we need to generate two pie charts from the combined data in two files. We need an app of some kind - preferably one we could run from inside Excel, to do the following: Begin with two files: #1 [login to view URL], which has two columns: - Donation Total - Email Address 2. [login to view URL], which has two columns (there are more, but they should be ignored) - Email - *RHS Class We need two pie charts: - Donation amount by class year - one pie slice for each class year, but only those class years where the total donation amount > $250 - one slice for the total of all other class years - Number of donors by total donation amount (one pie slice for each of the following: - $10000 or more - $5000 or more - $1000 or more - $500 or more - $250 or more - under $250 Important note: [login to view URL] will have multiple rows with the same email. The donations need to be consolidated to a total donation amount per donor.
