See attached a spreadsheet, each column should be merged to word document to end up looking like a report. The simple part is doing the merge. Additionally, I want a new worksheet which added which is a simple form which allows me to choose which row to use for the merge, a further field which allows me to enter the name of the new report (word document) once selected I press a "Create report" button and the report is created. You will notice there is a "heatmap" which are columns I - O and rows 3-9 on the excel sheet and I need that recreated within the merged report search risk het map to see have I mean. Text on report should be formatted as font calirbi size 12.
