For this project, I am looking for a freelancer to create some documents and deliverables per my preferred format and template. These include an organization chart, an estimate, and a resume. I have already conducted the subcontractor bid selection and have the bids ready for review. As such, the freelancer will need to complete a Quantity Summary, a Quantity Takeoff Worksheet, a Subcontractor Bid Selection Evaluation/Analysis, a Project Direct Cost Estimate/Sub Bids Tab Sheet, and a Job-Site Overhead Conditions Determination. Therefore, an understanding of cost estimating and an eye for detail are a must. The freelancer should be comfortable and experienced working with highly detailed spreadsheets with multiple tabs.
