hello. I am a student for electronic and digital telecommunication engineering. The program is in English so i know very well also the technical english. I am in C1 level for english writing. I am also a fan of online electronic shopping so in general i know very well how online support work and know very well how to write product discriptions. Before 1 week i finished my 3 month internship in a telecommunication company working in different parts such as support desk coorporate, help desk and network operating center. i am new in working online.
