Hi There, Darren here (fellow South African). New to Freelancer, but not MailChimp and Dev. Honestly I would say lets try Automate this process and the connection to MailChimp. As long as you have a human involved, you'll be paying for that human. Also the more human steps, the more chance of human error - which is not something anyone wants. I have used the Mailchimp API for a variety of tasks and found some work arounds for some really labour intensive mailing tasks. Without knowing all the ins and outs of your system, I cant say with 100% certainty, but I would think we could switch a lot of the necessary info to a database and so you would export your Excel as normal, and instead of sending to a person to process as you laid out, we get the system to do that work, and connect to MailChimp and do the sending. I'm big on working smart, not hard. Hopefully chat soon Regards Darren
