Looking for a Freelancer to review a raw data file containing multiple variables (constructs) and demographic info. and use that to create a summary / trends-style report that highlights key themes and findings. For example, the report should show figures/findings such as the following: 35% of all surveyed rated high on affective commitment to change Slightly over 30% of those with high levels of affective commitment to change were senior managers whereas 40% of those with low levels of affective commitment to change were contractors The average tenure of individuals with high-levels of affective commitment to change was between 0 and 5 years Those are only for example purposes but that gives some perspective on how the report should look and how the raw data should be used to pull together summary insights. Before bidding please review the attached sample report for the style of report I am seeking.
