Template for Performance review session

We're seeking a seasoned Excel guru to develop a comprehensive spreadsheet tailored to our unique requirements. The spreadsheet should have a primary structure listing the names of individuals, their current grade (ranging from f12 to f15), and performance rankings captured at different times. This should be expandable to accommodate future data. A core feature is the inclusion of a histogram that vividly depicts the performance rankings of teams, enabling us to assess if the distribution aligns with the bell curve. Performance will be categorized into four distinct rankings: Underperformer, Inconsistent Performer, Accomplished Performer, and Exceptional Performer. The expected distribution for these rankings is 10% for both Underperformer and Inconsistent Performer, 70% for Accomplished Performer, and 20% for Exceptional Performer. To streamline data organization, individual worksheets should be crafted for each operational area: Fairview, Roma, Scotia, Arcadia, Narrabri, CMTN, and CMTS. A consolidated "Cover Worksheet" will then summarize insights from all area-specific worksheets, providing an overarching view of performance. For versatility, the spreadsheet should allow data segmentation based on grades, enabling focused analysis on specific groups like f12 or f15. Given that this tool will be shared with a broad audience, a high premium is placed on visual appeal. We anticipate a design marked by consistent color schemes, fonts, and thoughtful spacing. The inclusion of illustrative charts and graphs is encouraged to enrich data presentation. Finally, to ensure smooth adoption, the delivery should be accompanied by a user guide. This manual will serve as a reference on navigating the spreadsheet, adding new data, and gleaning insights from the visualizations. In essence, we're commissioning an intuitive, visually appealing, and informative Excel tool that meets our outlined criteria.
