With a preference for fusion style, your task will be to combine the allure of traditional indo-western and ethnic wear, but with a contemporary spin. Ideal Skill Set and Experience: - Proven experience in fashion design, specifically in fusion wear - Proficiency in working with cotton materials - Proven understanding of color theory, with pastel color emphasis (pink, lavender, mint, baby blue etc.) - Solid knowledge about current and upcoming trends in the fashion industry - Ability to interpret fashion trends and apply them to designs Responsibilities: - Design and develop contemporary, fusion style indo-western and ethnic casual wear - Incorporate pastel color palettes into designs - Select styles, materials for the designs ensuring they are in line with preferences - Ensure the end design is modern, stylish yet comfortable.
