Animated and static version of WorldMap

Deliverable 1st draft by End of Monday 1 Animated file of a world map (style [login to view URL]) The data for dots comes from [login to view URL] (don’t need every dot exactly), all dots should be included. The dots should be animated. Changing colours from white to red to green to blue. The dots can change after 2 to 5 seconds. Some random changes. Several dots can change the same time. It is just to make an animated. There should also be a speed gauge color green (horizontal or vertical Not circular). It should start at 0 and go anywhere between 7-12 ms and restart every 3-5 seconds. [login to view URL] (this one is circular but gives you an idea. If possible there should be lines connecting the locations to the dots.
