Decompile a simple flash app and redesign then recompile

Decompile a simple flash app, rearrange and redesign it to fit with the theme of my site then recompile. The file is attached, it is a .swf file. This should be a quick job. Make the app look much more flashy/quirky. Better colors, buttons, animations etc and it must fit with my current web theme. Do not take this job if you have zero graphic design skills as it needs to be redesigned.
