Advanced Flash Video Player

My company needs a flash video player with images tied to cue points as navigation. Video files are streamed from Flash Media Server ( filetypes are .flv, .mov and .f4v). Files doesn't have built in cue point in file's meta data. Player must have besides regular controls like play, stop, mute/unmute , volume and full screen a navigation panel above regular control. Navigation panel should be made from 10 small thumbnails taken 30 seconds from currently streamed file while clicking those image will navigate to more or less the same time on the video.
